Personal History Tarria was born to starfleet officers. When Tarria was 3 years old, her parents were on a transport to Andoria when it crashed. No one but Tarria survived. She had crawled in a compartment prior to the crash. Rescuers found her wandering around the crash site crying and looking for her parents.

Tarria was taken to Starfleet headquarters where she stayed a while, so they could find her relatives. Apparently there was no one from her relatives on Andoria, but a grandmother. She said she wouldn’t be able to take care of Tarria. She would have gone to an orphanage if the Holstein couple weren’t on their way from their honeymoon to a Federation colony, where they had a farm. They said they would take care of Tarria.
Having so much fun raising Tarria, they adopted two more children. The Holstein’s also set up the Federation adoption program, that would make it possible for interspecies adoption within the federation without trespassing the cultural bounds.

Because they didn’t want their children to miss out. Tarria was 12 when she first visited Andoria. By then her grandmother had already died, so she went to her grandmother’s grave. She met some people from her family and they told her about her parents. She also visited the Aenar, where she met her mother’s sister and brother. Tarria, stayed with them for a few years. But she would return to the Holsteins farm every Christmas. One year, her aunt and uncle went with her, they never left their homes, but they wanted to see where her niece grew up.

Tarria even went to the Andorian art academy. Whens he was 22 years old she moved to Earth, where she studied psychology. Outside of her studies she would help tend a bar. She realized the people in the bar were more open to talk to her, then to a psychologist. As she really loved helping she loved combining the two. Her formula seemed to work.

This inspired her to offer her service elsewhere in the Federation. She knew Starfleet many times accepted civilians to run their bars and such, so she Joined the Majestic crew to run their on board bar/lounge. She also offered her services as a civilian counselor.
