Qurrac had the PADD with his medical records; it was easier to bring them than to waste time. He had his uniform to standards as he made his way into Sick Bay. H had learned the faces of the Department heads faces. He noted the Assistant Doc and made his way to her.

"Greetings Lieutenant Adam-son." He began. "I am Qurrac the new Investigations Officer reporting for my Medical Examination ma'am."

Sandy was holding a padd and looked up from reading it. "Nice to meet you, Qurrac, I hope I pronounced your name right." She took the PADD from him with his medical records. She looked them over as she pulled a trolley over to her and then put it on there. "So, Qurrac, anything I need to know that's not in your record?" She took a medical tricorder from the trey on the trolley and gestured the Ferengi to have a seat on the nearby biobed.

"You did well thank you." Qurrac replied as he removed his jacket and sat up on the table. "And there was a flu bug going around that I avoided and a bruised couple of ribs that should be healed by now." He shrugged. "That should be all. I am sure you are used to Security having 'Scrapes and bumps' I am sure. People we find of guilt do ot tske it well when a Smaller stature tends to be the one giving the bad news." He chuckled.

Sandy laughed with him even though she didn't get everything. She started to scan him. She nodded. "I see the ribs, they look good. So investigations officer? Sounds very mysterious, so you're like a great detective." She grinned.

"Right up there with the Hue-mons Sherlock Holmes and Batman." He smiled . Literary named "World's greatest Detective respectively." He nod. "Not that caliber but I do tend to clear my Investigations. No romance; it is just reading data and talking to people to find facts. No phaser show-down of Gang members in a hide-out."

Sandy nodded, "I understand. She went on a good go over of his earts. "Well, I think you are in pefects health. So I'd say you are good to go on duty." She put the tricorder away. Anything you would like me to look at while you're here?"

"You seem like a nice Doctor." He began. "With my job as Investigation there will be some..." He had to think of the words. "processing that I might need help with. I have no access to a patholgist when it comes to DNA or other evidence that is of a biological nature. Would you be able to help in that venue should the need arise?"

Sandy nodded, "Of course, I will do whatever I can to help your investigations. Just let me know. But why me? I am sure there are more doctors that could help you. Doctor Stark or Doctor Sekat? Not that I don't want to do it, I am just wondering."

"Fe-males do less crime statistically and I like dealing with them over males. They do not bring egos or 'toe stepping' into conversations as much. Plus most women presume a Ferengi would not do business with them and I am of a mind to prove that Rule as inefficient." He grinned. "Plus who does not like talking with a lady over a male, women are a delightful mystery?"

She chuckled as to how he said that. "You do know that the Chief Medical is female right. And if I didn't know any better I'd think you were flirting with me, Investigator Qurrac."

"I am merely being a Gentleman and being complementary to a La-dy." He had a sly expression. "Is it wrong to complement upon first impressions to find favor?"

Sandy was still grinning and said, "And I did say, 'if I didn't know any better'. There is nothing wrong with a complement. Thank you, investigator."

"I am professional on duty." He return the grin. "I do my Flirtatious conversations outside duty, like if I happen to notice a friend in the galley I might stop and see if she would accept deeper conversations and complements?" He winked. "Strictly to be sociable."

Sandy nodded, "Of course. Well, I don't want to kick you out, but I got a lot of work to do and I am sure you do as well. I hate to keep you from it. And I would love to meet up with you in the galley someday, you know, strictly to be sociable."

"Thank you Doc-tor." He took the discarded jacket as he prepare to leave. "I look forward to being sociable in the near future." He gently took her hand and kissed the knuckle as hue-mon gentlemen do. "Have a pleasant rest of shift."

Sandy nodded as a greeting and then watched him leave as she almost awkwardly waved and smiled at him.
