| Personal History | DOB: August 04, 2373 Born in Inverness, Scotland to Thomas and Faye MacGregor, Rose had a decent childhood with her siblings, they had their usual squabbles, and fights but also got along as well. Her parents were well educated. Thomas is a historian and her mother, Faye is a linguist. Rose is the third child of four, and in truth the only one in her immediate family that joined Star Fleet. The one who caused her to want to go in, was her uncle. He is in the intelligence branch of the Federation. He is also the fraternal twin of her mother, Faye. When he had some difficulty of translating a language, he would get his sister to help out. Later on, Rose it was discovered had an ear for languages and was taught by her mother.Rose also loved working puzzles,her uncle seeing her talent at puzzles and Cyphers encouraged her growth in that aspect of her life. When she turned eighteen, Rose was desirous in joining Star Fleet, like her uncle Max. When she joined her father was okay about it, her mother seemed more enthused about Rose putting her talents to good use. Rose loved to do research, solve puzzles and learn languages. She passed her exams and was accepted in the academy and she thrived in its environment. Rose was very much into scholastics. And mixed with scholastics she got into swimming, and also joined the dance team that was there at the academy. Rose also was part of the orchestra as a part of the flute section. |
