Razmi had been made comfortable by the staff and she was basically just sitting there with wide unfamiliar eyes as she scanned everything and took in that she was actually on a starship and that supposedly Stef was here as well. His ship, the one that had left him on Marga III years before. When he came through sickbay she practically launched herself out of bed. "Stef!"

"Hey.." Stef caught her in reflex as she launched herself at him. "Easy there," he added as he struggled to retain his balance. "I came as soon as I was called. What happened, are you alright?"

"They're telling me I hit my head. There was a man standing over me when I woke up. He says he's my boyfriend and that I'm on a starship. Your ship came back for you? Last thing I remember we were sitting in my house and I was feeding the baby to give you a break. Where is Alecx?"

"Alecx is with Beata," Stef answered calmly, while holding her against him. "Yes the Majestic came back but five years had passed for us, while only a few days had for them. You have been here a few months now, and you started dating the Chief Diplomatic officer. I had quite a few words with him over you, remember?"

"No," Razmi shook her head, her eyes were really wide now. "I've been here for months? I don't remember coming at all. I don't remember the man who found me. What happened to my house? My garden? Do I have any of my things with me?"

"I would think that you did bring personal items," Stef explained, casting her a very worried look. "Your house is taken care of, it will still be there should we ever be able to return. Same as mine." Many might not understand it, but to Stef, Mardra III was his home too. "What is the last thing you remember?"

"Sitting at the table feeding Alecx with a bottle and telling you to take my bed. You were exhausted and trying to do everything. Alecx was a bit colicky." Razmi answered looking at him seriously.

"That is two years ago Raz," Stef answered, shaking his head, "Alecx is two and a half now. We have been back for several months now and you have been on board all this time. You got quite close to Lieutenant Tadez... you do not remember me being all protective of you? Making sure he does right by you?"

"No," Razmi said, her eyes welling up with big tears. "Two years?!" She didn't know how to take that. She thought perhaps a few months, but two years?

"Raz?" He held out his arms to her, feeling the need to offer her some comfort. "I can probably help you with filling in some of the gaps, but your memory must be given some time to reassert itself." He was no doctor, he had no knowledge of these things. "Do you want me to help you?"

Razmi curled herself in his embrace. "I don't know. Have you done this before?" She asked.

"Not often." He held her to him, gently running his fingers through her hair. "I think...the last time may well have been with Svara. I actually do not remember... I am not well versed at it but I am willing to do this. For you." He lifted her face up to meet his gaze. "You are important to me Raz, I would do anything for you."

"I guess we can try it. I Want to be myself again and remember." Razmi took a deep breath. "What do I do? Do I sit down?"

"Yes I believe we would be better off sitting down, this procedure takes concentration and can be quite draining." He guided her to the bed, then sat himself down across from her on it, crossing his legs to make himself comfortable. "Just close your eyes," he instructed as he gently placed his fingers against her temple and cheek. "My mind to your mind..." he whispered, feeling their minds connect.

Razmi gasped a little bit. It didn't exactly hurt but there was a push into her mind that she could feel. She tried to take even deep breaths and leave her thoughts as quiet as possible though she didn't know what Stef needed to do exactly.

Stef wasn't entirely sure himself but he was trying to navigate his way through her memories, hoping that showing her bits and pieces of his own memories, might trigger some of hers.

It was completely strange. She was seeing things now as if there were some kind of movie projector in her head. She assumed that's what it would be like if she saw a movie, she didn't think she ever had. But the images were unfamiliar to her and only little things were making sense.

After what seemed like an internity, but in reality was even less than a minute, Stef lifted his hand. He sat with his eyes closed for a while, his expression tense as he tried to re-center himself. It was an exhausting experience for him, especially since he wasn't well versed in the technique and barely ever practiced it. "How do you feel?" he asked slowly, without looking up.

"Fuzzy," she answered honestly. "I think I remember a bit more, but not everything. Maybe it just needs time to come back to me?" Razmi answered as she pulled away from him. The last thing she needed was the guy to come back and think that she and Stef were kissing or something, not that she remembered dating him at all.

Reaching, Stef brushed her hair back, gently running his fingers across the bump on her head. "You do have a nasty bump, perhaps that will need to fade first," he suggested, "before your memory comes back. I do not know for certain though, I am not a doctor, and I do not have experience with cranial injuries."

Razmi nodded, "They said it might come back eventually after the injury heals. Apparently I was in an enclosed space when the ship lurched and I hit a bulkhead. I don't even remember that."

"Well, with you having no memory, and not remembering your partner, I cannot let you be on your own." He took her hand, grasping it lightly. "I want you to come with me. Beata will not mind, I am sure. And Alecx will be thrilled."

"Well, I don't think anything would happen to me . . ." she lightly protested. "But okay, if you want me to stay with you." She looked around to see If she'd had anything with her when she came in. "How serious are we? Me and this guy?" Razmi asked tentatively. "You don't like him?"

"You and him were very serious," the young Vulcan explained patiently, "whether I like him or not is of no importance. You liked him, quite a great deal I may add. I told him in no uncertain terms that if he ever hurt you, he has me to deal with. You are family, it is my duty to protect you."

Razmi thought that was more a Mararian thing than a Vulcan but she didn't say that. "Hmm, okay. Let's go home. I want to lie down again and I can see Alecx too."

"He has grown quite a bit though, from when you remember him," Stef warned with a smile as he offered her his arm. "And he will be thrilled to see you."

That made her a bit nervous. He would remember her but she did not remember everything about him. Would that hurt his feelings? Would he still want to be with her? She sucked in a deep breath and followed Stef out of sickbay.
