Mission: A New Beginning
Location: Sick bay

Xavon had sat at his desk in his sick bay, going over the stock list and current list of things they would need to get from a starbase. A Warm Cup of Coffee lay in his hand as he pushed his glasses further up his nose taking a sip from the coffee, He winced "Too Damn Hot" He spoke as rubbed his bloodshot red eyes. He had barely slept last night but then again when did the half Romulan ever sleep, He heard foot steps coming down the corridor and he straightened up in his chair and looked around.

Sandy walked in to sickbay and looked around. She took a deep breath as if she was taking in the smell of sickbay. She then sighed in relief. "It's so good to be back." She smiled. And then she noticed the man sitting in sickbay. Her face turned flustered red. "That must've looked weird. I am a normal person, I promise. I am doctor Sandra Adamson. Lieutenant or Doctor is good...." She looked for some rank pips. "...Ensign!" She almost exclaimed. "Ensign. Yes."

He laughed a little as he looked at her "Nice to meet You, Doctor Adamson, is it?" he said sipping from his coffee, it had been a while since. He had seen anyone in sick bay save for appointments "Ensign Xavon Starkweather Head Nurse At your Service Doctor"

"Nice to meet you too, Ensign. I will call you Nurse Xavon from now on, is that ok?" She smiled. "And then you can call me doctor Sandy." She started giggling. And then asked, "So I know my predecessor is already gone, do you have any reports from sickbay. I was the Majestic's first CMO but I was out for a little while for some personal time off. And now I am back. I like to get up to speed with the changes around here."

He got up from his chair and grabbed his duty padd "I have a few reports for you and a catalog of all of the sick bay supplies and a list of things that need reordering" he said grabbing at some more padds and walking over to the terminal "I have most of the physicals from the crew sorted but we may need to re go over them at a later date" he said with a smile "Nurse Xavon has a nice ring to it"

"Oh wonderful," She replied as she reached out her hands to him. "It looks like everything is the same. "Well, let's get in to the good old office and get some 'poffertjes', I love a good treat, don't you?" She smiled as she ordered two large portions for the both of them. She handed him the sweet delights. "The white stuff is powdered sugar."

Xavon smiled "Well I have been in sick bay since the early hours of yesterday morning I could do with the sugar" he said with a wide smile "I think your office should be as you left it Doctor Sandy" he said raising his eyebrow "Allthough after this shift I'm going to need some serious shut eye" He said with a nervous eye and his hand reaching his hand to the back of his head.

"Well, after this plate, you are dismissed, Nurse." She said. "I do require well rested personnel. She smiled. "I am really looking forward to working with you."

Xavon smiled as refinished off his plate "Thank You Liutennant Adamson" he said placing his plate on his desk and grabbed his padd and lab coat "I'll see ou for Alpha Shift Tommorw" he said walking towards the door to exit sick bay.

"Nurse? I told you, call me Doctor Sandy." She smiled. "Better remember that before you return tomorrow." She giggled a little. She then gestured him to go. "Rest well, Nurse Xavon."
