Oz had gotten word that they would be getting a visit from T'par. He paced up and down then had a seat to await her arrival. He likened her to the elves of legend from the Tolkien books, and even though he only had a small amount of interaction with her, he rather enjoyed it.

T'Par walked in. "Good afternoon, Oz," she said. "I was hoping I might talk to you for awhile. I have been working on tracing the origins of your people."

"I do hope we can find some answers. I do have a question though, do you have a mate?" Oz deciding to ask as he just had to know.

"I do," T'Par answered. "Why do you ask?"

Oz ran his finger along his collar then his ears turned slightly reddish in tint. "Well er. that is." he cleared his throat, "I've not met anyone quite like you and you are very attractive. I know probably my feelings are illogical. You just remind me of someone, that I can't remember who it was."

"Have you met many other Vulcans?" T'Par asked, with neither the vanity nor the embarrassment his remarks might have called forth in another.

"Not that I can recall." Oz finally getting a hold of his 'emotions' "I recall meeting someone with pointed ears such as yourself. She was kind and thoughtful. Said I'd be a real boy someday. I felt she was sort of like the Blue Fairy in Pinocchio. Though she didn't dress like her. I thought it was rather strange."

"Do you remember how she spoke?" T'Par asked. "Were her brows much like mine? Was she more passionate than I?"

"She did exhibit more passion, she was more animated. And her eyebrows were much like yours. " Oz stated. "Do you know what race she could have been?" he adjusted the way he was seated, making himself a bit more comfortable.

In the back ground a flute could be heard playing a soothing piece it had an oriental sound to it.

"There are several possibilities," T'Par allowed. "In what language did she speak to you?"

Oz thought for a moment or two then he said, "At first she spoke in what I thought resembled the Gaelic/Celtic tongue. With some Latin intermixed, and other words I could not place. Then she spoke in English." the wizard explained. "I've been working on comparing the language with others in the data bases I had access to whilst on Adna Station."

"Those are all Earth languages," T'Par noted, "but the woman you describe does not sound human. It is...interesting, to say the least. Perhaps she was using the earth languages just to communicate."

Oz nodded, "Perhaps she was, it would make sense for that to happen. Tis strange and yet invigorating. In your travels what races have you come across or even have knowledge of? " the old man had an eagerness and also an almost pleading look in his eyes.

"A great many," T'Par said. "The Federation alone has hundreds of species. It was first created by my people, the humans, the Andorians, the Tellarites, the Rigellians, the Denobulans, with the Ithenites joining soon after. I think the Ithenites might interest you. Are you familiar with them?"

"Ithenites." Oz paused as he seemed to search his memory, he frowned slightly when it seemed that it wasn't coming to his mind. "I am afraid I do not think I am familiar with them." he gave a slight sigh. "Then again I have a slight gap with my memory since I handed the amulet to Dominic." he lowered his head slightly. "With that amulet I had access to quite a bit of knowledge. However, you need it to uncover information. And..." he rubbed his temple, "When I accompanied Dominic and his lady, to bring down Adna, amulet glitched, as it was losing power and I disappeared on several occasions."

"As always, individuals vary, but they are on the whole a friendly people, given to conversation and storytelling. They are very social and they might also remind you of some of the old legends which you seem to enjoy. They are a small people with the typical Ithenite roughly of a size with a human Little Person." T'Par tilted her head. Wondering if this interested him.

A furrow in his brow then the wizened wizard's eyes lit up. "That sounds very familiar. Perhaps that is who've I met at that time. I thank you for that pleasant memory. Have you spoken to Guardian lately? Is he well? "

"I have and he is," T'Par answered. "We had a discussion on the possible origins of your people."

Oz looked relieved, "He also protected us. Is his mystery being solved as to where he came from? I truly hope so."

"It is, to use a human expression, something of a work in progress," T'Par conceded.

"I am glad to hear this." Oz remarked, he looked around for a moment then sighed slightly. "It is illogical for me to have feelings of attraction for you as I am just a set of mathematical components but I am attracted. It boggles the mind." he knew this was just out of the blue.

"You have clearly been programmed with excellent taste," T'Par said absolutely deadpan.

"I have indeed." Oz giving a chuckle, "And you are a true beauty, both of mind and of physique." giving a nod.

"Thank you," T'Par said. "It is evident your original programmers wished you to have a complete emotional life, as most species reckon it."

"I will be glad when I get to see my creator and also am hoping you will be able to meet him as well. It will be rather interesting to see how much my creator has developed in his life. Was he able to get a family, does he have loved ones. That will be remarkable in finding this out." Oz replied.

"Fascinating," T'Par agreed.

"Would there be any questions you'd like to ask when we get there?" Oz was curious about this. "What would be of scientific interest for you?"

"The history of your creation," T'Par said. "Your original purpose."

"I would truly like to know as well." Oz murmured quietly, "Hopefully the information we need will be found out and we'll be back home." he looked at T'Par. "Perhaps genuine knowledge will come about."

"It is to be hoped," she agreed.

"I thank you for taking the time to speak with me. It is greatly appreciated. I must go now, and speak with the others. Until we speak again, giving a courtly bow.
